Lumination, LLC is a small consulting organization in Portland, Oregon with expertise in Privacy, Security, Cyber-Safety, Corporate Governance, and general technology trends.

We offer a wide array of training in IT Service Management ranging from entry-level ITIL Foundations all the way through the intensive ITIL Expert program. 

Our privacy experience includes product development and governance - technology and policy.  We have helped integrate privacy into all aspects of products -- from features to realization, support. 

We also have direct experience in the health information arena -- including public policy influence, and development of policies and controls for safeguarding personal health records.

Our security expertise includes 12 years of research, product development, IT operations, and governance.

In Cyber-Safety, we have helped the Hillsboro (OR) Police develop programs to educate kids about the risks and responsibilities of cyber space.  Our law enforcement relationships include local, federal, and international bodies.  Most recently, our Cyber-Safety work has been focused on Portland Schools -- working with staff and parents to develop the roles and responsibilities of schools and families in educating our children about the safe use of technology.

We are also working with a number of local start-ups as a sounding board on advanced products.
